There's a very obnoxious person whose comments I would like to block, rather than having to delete them from the moderation queue. I know his IP address and his URL. How can I accomplish this? I've checked everything in the Dashboard and can't find a way to do it.

I recommend adding his URL to the Comment Blacklist (below the Moderation List). He will still be allowed to comment, but his comments will be deleted immediately, they will never see the light of day.
