   Thank you Samuel.

   I have found, in my PHP_Admin, 4 specific columns starting with gig_ . I saved it ( only those 4) in a mySQL file. Export / Import ... DONE !

   Sry if this sounds like a stupid question (I'm database-a-phobic) I would need to export the blog using the “tools” and back up the database if I wanted to export over the entire blog to a new host and then restore it as it was, for example?

   yes - along with your /wp-content folder
