   I have 2 questions.

   1. I have excel worksheets that have values that are on my website and are updated on a regular basis. Instead of having to manually update the information on my wordpress site how can I have these values automatically update themselves on my site.

   2. I am gathering stats from websites to calculate values in my excel. Is there a way I can have these stats added to my excel without having to add them manually?

   If anyone can help me out that would be awesome :)

   Try coming up with some code yourself. When you get stuck, post your code and people will try to help you.

   If you are incapable of coding this yourself, consider looking up a freelance developer service to assist you with your needs.
