   I have a sidebar widget that I am requiring my users to drag and drop onto their Sidebar (from Appearance->Widgets) however I would like to be able to do this for a user programmatically so they don't have to do this extra step. How can I do this??

   I'm guessing it should be really straight forward (but then what do I know abt WordpPress, I'm just a newbie!)
