how to arrange post according to Alphabets?

    hello guys,

    please help me… if you have seen page navi modification i need same such alphatic order mod. means if any body click on A it will show all post whose name starting from A and if they click on C it will show all post starting with C in Ascending order if theres any such thing please help me….
