Your archives appear to be functioning perfectly.
heh yea, they appear to be working fine
I just clear the permalink structure and now it works, but no matter what structure I use for the permalink, it always goes to dead page.
I just insert the following structure for the permalink:
/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
now you see how it goes to the dead page.
did you create a .htaccess file and CHMOD it to atleast 666? If not, that’s your problem.
I don’t have access to the .htaccess since the blog lives on a shared hosting
Also I’m not sure if they use Apache.
http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph/?host=www.dnystwn.com
“http://www.dnystwn.com was running Microsoft-IIS on Windows Server 2003 when last queried at 16-Apr-2005 02:59:21 GMT”
so am I doomed because my host is using IIS instead of Apache or there’s a way to make this permalink thing to work?
I tried using the structure that includes “/index.php/” that some people suggested because they claimed that by doing this there’s no need to rewrite .htaccess … still no luck.
anybody knows how to solve this problem?
