How can I apply this plug in to videos that I upload from my libary?

When I inset the video, it appears as text but it doesn’t seem to automatically pick up the plug in…
Is there a code I need to insert?

This should be resolved in the latest release, version 1.2.2.

This says resolved. I call BS on that! NOT WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD.
