The IP address is the bit before the forward slash, for example, the first IP is 209.93.240.0, and the bit after the slash is the port number in use (port 24). Ignore it if you intend to put the IP on the white list. Having said that, I have 6 WP sites with both Better WP Security and Cloudflare enabled, and haven't had any need to white list the Cloudflare IPs.
Cloudflare made a plugin for WordPress you might want to check out though https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cloudflare/
    Good luck with it.

I beg to differ. This is IP address range and all are valid IP's

Hello LoveWoocommerce, i was also having same issue, but after a bit thinking i use wild card and it works, you can use this scenario to white list cloudflare ip's, e:g 204.93.240.*
    hope this will work.
