   I just started a blog (irasabs.com) and chose Arclite as the theme. One of the first people to comment said she couldn't preview and edit her comment before submitting.

   Can someone tell me please how to change this and where, so that comments can be edited.

   I'm very much new to this and needed my son to help modify the code...

   Welcome to the world of blogging. =) Try using a plugin called WP Ajax Edit Comments. This has done wonders for my blog at http://rk.md in terms of being commentator-friendly.
