ri-kunI had this table with 3 columns. when I add a lot of stuff in the first column the other column which have fewer stuff aligns in the center instead to the top. see the pic below for better understanding.

I wonder if how can those 3 column starts from the top like even if I add a lot of staff in the first colum the other one would not be affected.
