How to adjust placement of winners in a bracket

I’m using a double elimination bracket and my issue is adjusting the placement of the second round losers, from the winners bracket. I would like to be able to swap where the losing teams in the winners bracket match-up when they move down to the losers bracket.

I’m working off a static bracket that cannot be changed.

Any help in this manner?
