As we have had a little snow here and in the UK everything just stops, I thought I would tackle the styling of the sidebar menu.
After a look on Google, I realized that there is nothing out there yet, and as the twenty ten theme uses nested UL lists, this makes it quite hard to style.
After a good few hours playing with the styles I thought it might be better to take it outside of the widget area and into an element of it's own.
Well there is now a post with a child theme download, pure css solution, you can use the code, as always any feedback is welcomed, via post comments or here.
