How to add @username to Tweet button on blog? (1 post)

    I'm using JetPack for sharing, and cannot figure out how or where to change the tweet message! How to change "Post name, LONG URL" to "Post name, short link, via @username"?? Been searching for literally days, no one has helped yet... :/
