How to add user registration /login to my site

    Firstly, Go to Settings -> General and make sure the setting for Anyone can Register is enables,
    Then use a plugin Theme My login to skin up your login screen.. And then things will work quite smoothly for you..

    I want to know another this ….. how can we connect external data base to to wordpress page. i just want to show some results in my external data base in a my wordpress page.

    How can i get the information of those who have registered in to my site? And actually mine is a photography website where i want my users to post their photos, reviews,etc exactly like how it happens in facebook. How can i do this? please help me out in this.. and i also want to secure from letting no one to comment on my posts in my site until and unless he is registered.
