How to add this plugin to wordpress plugins directory! need help! (1 post)

    I recently modified a plugin to make notice boxes plugin.
    But i am having trouble uploading it to the wordpress directory! please help :'( |
    Can someone please give a detailed tutorial on how to upload it to the svn. And by the way the plugin page is : http://www.technovalley.in/notice-boxes/
