How to add the custom exceprt beneath post title and above the content?

I would like to add a custom excerpt beneath post title and above the content. Here i can show the link. How can i generate custom excerpt above content and below title. Hope someone here can sort it out for me. I need php function for it to put it in my single.php file. Regards
