How to add tags at the bottom of the post ?

    Hi ,

    I would like to know how to display tags under each post . I google and found “<?php the_tags(‘Tagged with: ‘,’ • ‘,’
    ‘); ?>” this code but don’t know where to past it . Help me how to do it .
    If you recommend any plugin for this it would also of great help.
