   Once I install and activate the free Grouping Extensions:

   How do I put a sign up form on say a Login/Register page that allows people so register or login, and they then get assigned to the group I've set up.

   I can't find this in the documentation.

   There are shortcodes for that [groups_join] and [groups_leave] that are documented on http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/groups/
