Share buttons is not easy but possible if you choose buttons that do not use (much) javascript. You can see an example with facebook like button on http://demo.status301.net/easy-fancybox-sandbox/like-my-box/ but be aware that you need to do this for each image manually.

Background color and transparency features in the next release. You can install the development version from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/easy-fancybox/developers/ if you want it now :)

    Hi RavanH,
I have been using your amazing plugin for a few weeks now, and been searching everywhere on the internet before posting here; I have a very specific problem and I'm sure you can help me out with it :)

I'm creating a photoblog with a simple theme (photolistic), which is entirely compatible with your plugin. I would like to created a gallery on a page, showing the caption under the thumbnail, and a facebook like button when opening the image with fancybox instead of the title / alt text.

I have managed so far to do so by setting my image title in the caption field when editing my gallery, and the iframe code generated from the facebook developpers page, and the result is perfectly what I want to do. Yet, my problem is that when hovering on a thumbnail, the title appears, with the entire iframe code, which is mostly ugly ^^

I tried to no avail to remove the title tag manually, and to use plugins like "No Title Tooltips", but it also removes the facebook button like from the fancybox. I saw the example on the link you posted below, and it is exactely what I want my gallery to look like : no title on hovering and the social button in fancybox. I did not manage to put the iframe code in the alternative text field though, the iframe code disapears after saving the modifications..

By the way, I really am a newbie at this, with no coding skills at all yet I manage to understand a little how it works ^^

I hope you'll be able to help me :)
    Sorry for my bad English!

Well, I have finally been able to solve my problem so I thought it might be good to post the solution I came up with here :)

I have been able to have both the title under the thumbnail and the like button inside the fancybox by using the NextGen Gallery plugin, with which the Alt text can be filled and saved.

With the default gallery maker, the Facebook iframe code cannot be saved, only 'simple text' remains in the alt field when you save the modifications. It's quite strange though, because it works very well with the insertion of a simple image (not in gallery mode).

Hope it will be helpful :)

Hi olfizbak, thanks for sharing your findings. Sorry I wasn't around to help you out. It seems you are right, the alt text field is stripped from html tags when viewed inside a gallery... Bummer.
