   I am using the Freshy 2 theme and have set my front page to be static and my posts page to be "testimonials". I am using the testimonial p-lug in on that page.

   I want to set up another page to be a general blog.

   How do I go about it?

   Add /blog/ at the beginning of your permalink structure. Example:

   /blog/%year%/...

   You can put whatever you want instead of 'blog'.

   Really? Doesn't sound logical to a novice like me, but I'll give it a try.

   Are you saying I modify my permalink structure under options>>permalinks or edit the URL to include that when creating a new page?

   Or create a new empty page called blog and select that one under Settings/Reading as the posts page. (In that select box where probably now "testimonials "is selected.)
