How to add RSS Feed icon below submit button of comments form

    Hi all,
    please guide me to add:

    (1) RSS Feed icon beneath the submit button of the comments.
    (2) I would also like to add verbage next to icon that says something like “subscribe to comments RSS Feed”

    I am using Twenty Ten theme.
