I have a polldaddy account and a self hosted word press site. I have been all over the forums looking for what would seem to be such a simple thing .. to be able to place the poll in the sidebar! I can embed it in the main body of my post but no way can I see any option anywhere to place it in the sidebar where you would think would be the logical place for it to reside.
Thanks to anyone who can restore my sanity.

Hi there, if you use a text widget and the poll shortcode, you can show a poll in the sidebar.

Hi sorry not sure whether your still following this post. I have my lovely customised poll in the sidebar but I would only like it to show on certain pages, is this possible?
