   I am using a theme Aristat but would like to add a button on the side bar called "New Post" which will take the user to new post page with just title and text box to add content. When they click Post by default it should be in the new post page but shouldn't be published. After review Admin can publish the post.

   Any suggestions how to implement this. I am new to wordpress only this functionality is pending, anyone there to help me?

   @sencbe, without a lot of custom code, you'll have a hard time implementing yourself.

   I'd look into some "front end editing" plugins. I use Gravity Forms, a premium plugin, that makes it easy to do things like this as well.
