   I can not add my theme to the theme directory.
   After I try to upload my theme it has these msg

   After I read that link I still don't understand what will I do?

   just install gravatar wordpress plugin.

   Thank you I already installed and activated wp gravatar. Now when I upload my theme it still appear like above msg.

   I don't understand it either. WordPress really has poor help
