   Hi I am trying to figure out how to add additional fields to the reply section. it currently just says leave a reply and has a field to put a comment.

   I want it to be morelike this

   PROS:(field to put a reply)
   CONS:(field to put a reply)

   and then the regular comment field. does anyone know a plugin for this?
