Is there anyone who could show me how to upload a logo onto this theme,and change the main page name.

You don't need header.php! Don't change anything in a php-file of Magazin Basic.
Try these steps:
Go to "Design - Magazine Basic Layout Options - Header & Footer - Header Logo".
Here you can insert your logo directly from your computer.
change the main page name
