How to add links back to my website?

    I am very new to the WordPress world. I am trying very hard to add links at the top of page (where front page – archives – about links are located) for a link back to my website. Can anyone help me with this. My blog is located here http://www.scshare.com/wordpress if anyone would like to see what I’m asking for. Any and all help would be much appreciated

    I hope that someone comes along with an answer, because I would also like to add a hot button/link in the header.
