How to add custom page template to Piano Black theme?

    I have already downloaded and activated the Custom Post Template but I definitely dunno how to use, In particular I’m looking to some drafts of some PHP page as example, to start from to build up my pages. Any ready PHP page to look at or some explicit and clear tutorial would be greatly appreciated.
