How to add custom fields?

    I have searched many plugins for adding custom fields..
    But I want a simple one which give me an option to “Add New Custom Field:”
    and I’ll have drop down like “Description” or “Keywords”.

    Or else,please suggest me any good plugin for providing unique meta description and keywords for each post.
