How to add conversion tracking pixel to on thank you page.

Hello.
I’ve been trying to find a way of inserting a conversion tracking pixel code into the <head> of the page on woocommerce’s thank you page. I cannot seem to find the ID or the name of the thank you page in order to make a conditional in the <head> tag. The closest i’ve gotten is adding the code on the checkout page. But I need it only on the thank you page – this way it will only track orders that have actually happened.
