   Can I upload an audio file (my own) for a visitor to listen to and/or download? I'm currently spending money on AudioAcrobat to host my audio file, but it seems like a waste. There must be a way to host my own audio on my own website?

   Related question: why do I have a 7MB file upload size limit on my WP site? Another WP site I manage has a 2MB limit. How are these limits determined? How do I increase them?
