How to add an image (social media) with link in header

    Hi,

    I love the mygrid2 theme. Only point of critic is the lack of social media integration.
    For my blog http://www.misat.nl I would like to add social media icons to the header.
    For example: on the most right of the header a twitter icon will appear that links to the twitter account.
    The same would go for a facebook icon.
    Can anyone advise?
