not that I know of, but you could create a template redirect page, and then create a new page using the template redirect.
You can always “hard code” it. Instead of putting the extra li tags at the beginning (like the Home example) you could add them to the end, i.e. after wp_list_pages function call.
Or make a new Link category, add the extra links to it and show it after the WP pages?
