   I Have been looking for ways to add adsense code at the bottom of my blog preferably; immediately after all the comments or after the comment box if there is no cooment.

   I used plugin to add adsense to to my blog but there only work within the post, bottom of post and sidebar

   Try adding the code to your theme's footer.php file.
