   Hello,

   I have a cforms contact default form.

   It has 4 fields for name, e mail address, website and, narrative input.

   I want the form to have addl fields.

   How can I accomplish this or find out how to add addl fields?

   Or, is there an alternative to Cforms that would work for my wordpress site in this regard?
