    My pages automatically are formatted with tags on of my index, but i like create a page without this formatting, one page without footer, sidebar, or any other code from wordpress, example:

    My solitary page..

    http://www.example.com/independent_page

    <html>
    <body>
    <p>Show only this content on page and not more...</p>
    </body>
    </html>

    I can not use the file "single.php" nor the "page.php" because I am already using them for other functions

    It is possible? can also be a plugin.
    Iam Brazilian, sorry for my bad english...

    Sounds like you need to create a custom page template. What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    i need put tags body and html on this page?

    yes - either copy the section from header.php and add it directly into the page template (and also add the corresponding closing tags at the end of the template), or create and call a custom header file and footer file from within the page template;
