I need to add a sidebar to the blog page of a website I am working on. I have the home page set as the landing page, and posts set to appear on the blog page. I would like to have the sidebar of the theme's default template to appear on the blog page. I think I need to add some code to the singlepost.php file, but am not sure what code (a get sidebar, maybe) and where to place it in the file. I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I am using version 3.1 of wordpress and a free theme called Blissful Blog and the site is http://www.julierandle.com

    d-designs,

I see you figured out how to fix the sidebar issue.
Would you please share how to, because I am using the same theme and have searched for hours and still coming up empty.
    Thanks
