how to add a role to post at runtime

i´m using you pluggin and its awesome
but i need to do something i hope you can help me
i have a form,
when a person with the “hero” role submit it, i ´d like to automatically only the people with the same “hero” role can see it
and when a person with a “villan” role submit the form, only the people with the same “villan” role can see it
is there anyway to this??
