We just purchased an iTheme pack of three templates. When we installed a template, only the HOME page shows in the bar area where all top level pages should populate. When we build a new page, there seems to be no place to say where this page should go. In the older version it was easier but the new version must have a new button or setting that we cannot find for the life of us. Thanks.

If you go to the following, you can see the HOME but nothing else. No matter how we try to build a new page and put the title beside the HOME such as LOCATION or BLOG, we cannot seem to see how to link it in the newest version of WP.
