I've added a blank page with the label "Home" in my menu and I'd like this link to points toward my home page. How could I do this ?

If I understand correctly. You don't need a plugin to accomplish this.

What about just just going into your wordpress admin menu and clicking on 'settings' and then 'reading'
where it says 'Front page displays', choose 'a static page' and choose your page with the title of 'home' from the drop down as your 'front page'

Correct me if I'm wrong and this isn't what you're wanting to do.
Also, this is assuming that you're using WP2.5+

No maxaud because I still want my home page to be my latest posts.

In that case, why not just add the follwoing code where your navigation is:

    <a href="<?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>">Home</a>
