How to add a footer menu bar in home page

    The navbar you are talking about is already located in the footer, see the footer.php. You could add a extra navigation-bar but i would make it a small one. Maybe list your pages at the bottom with list_pages and trow some css at it to make it look good.

    Why don’t you ask Wasik Ovee, since he claims he designed the theme?

    Go to Appearance > Menus, configure a custom menu and assign it to the Primary Navigation.
