   Hi, does anyone know how I can add a menu bar similar to what facebook has at the bottom. Not sure what this is called, maybe a floating menu bar. Facebook has it at the bottom with links to different things.

   Basically a bar that will stay at the bottom of my site and float over the rest of the content.

   Any help would be appreciated
