How to add a custom menu in right side bar?

    Hello
    I would like to add a custom menu with icons and some text in right side bar of my theme.I tried alot but i haven’t find the correct plugin or correct solution.So please let me know the solution for this problem as soon.

    Hello
    It’s related to theme issue.The problem is I want to add a menu like the custom menu with thumbnails or else icons.I hope you can understand my problem.Here I mentioned how i would like to want

    Scholrship – Icon(or)Thumbnail
    Home – Icon(or)Thumbnail
