   I have been through nearly every thread and tutorial online for this, but realize I may need more customized help. I'm starting to advertise and would like to add a 728x90 banner to the top of the site, that is always there. My site is: MyEyeshadowConsultant.com

   I can read and edit CSS, but providing the exact coding language for the header.php file and stylesheet would be VERY helpful; I know that's where I'm running into issues.

   Thank you in advance for any guidance.

   Yes you'll need to modify the header.php file, but if you've been reading around, you should have also found out that you should only do that kind of change in a Child Theme. So that's your first step:

   It also looks like you are using the commercial version of Cloriato? In that case, support should be provided by the developers:
