How to achieve this effect?

Here is the Link I found. When you click on the picture it pops up and allow you to review it in details. I want to make gallery for my site. Something like 5×5 pictures in table where people can click them and they pops up. I changed a lot of plugins but none of theme doesn’t make the same effect. The other effects that I’ve seen are with fading background and popuping image, allows to go to the next and so on. so, does anybody knows that kind of plugin?
