How to achieve a simple, b/w, 2-column theme? (1 post)

    Hi!

I have absolutely no experience in coding and was hoping you would be so nice as to help me here.

I want my blog thetastesoftep.com to be in black & white, simple, and with the following layout:

    - two columns and one header image above those two
    - the left column should be 640px wide and be used as the actual blog, with no borders around the images and a possibility to comment.
    - the right column should be 200px wide and should contain the following widgets (if that's the right term): an image, a text field, an archive widget, an Instagram widget.

I am currently using the Manifest theme, but would not mind changing it, if you said it were for the better. I am importing my images from Flickr, if that's relevant.

Thank you so much, if I have been unclear, please don't hesitate to ask/correct me.
    Cheers!
