    I tried reading all these discussions, but none of it makes any sense to me. I built a site in Adobe GoLive. The hosting is HostMySite. It came with a Blog through WordPress. I linked the blog into a frame in my site, but it doesn't fit. I downloaded the Zen Minimalist theme.

    All I want to do is change the background color to 50686C and the text and borders to white. Also my theme doesn't allow upper case so it looks funky. I dont think this is asking much... keep in mind, I know nothing about web design through code.

    my site is http://www.transitstudiotour.com if anyone wants to see what I mean.

    From the Dashboard and under the presentation tab select "Theme Editor."

    There you will find all the files that make up the design and layout of your theme. Select the one for the stylesheet and look for this code:

    body {

    background: #fff;

    font-family: "Lucida Grande", "Lucida Sans Unicode", "Trebuchet MS", Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;

    font-size: 12px;

    color: #333;

    text-transform: lowercase;

    margin: 0;

    padding: 0;

    text-align: center; /* IE 5.5 hack */

    either delete the text transform section or change it from "lowercase" to "none"

    NOTE: you wil need to ensure your theme files are "writable." Either through your hosts CPanel or through a FTP client chmod the files to 666 so you can modify them.

    Here is a chmod Tutorial
