Moved out of Alpha/Beta – Unless you’re using WordPress 3.3 (at the time of this post) then you’re not using the alpha version of WP.

A while page means you have PHP errors. Check your error log.

thank you for quick reply, i do not understand what you mean? “Move out alpha/beta” ? do you can explain more about this !!! many thank you

I moved this POST out of the Alpha.Beta forum.

You need to review your domain’s ERROR log. If you don’t know how to do that, following Justin’s directions may be a bit beyond your current skill set.

I’m not ignoring you. But you need to quit making new posts and posting in the wrong place πŸ™‚

    1) There is no video. This is an ADVANCED topic, and it’s very possible this is one that, right now, is above your skill level.

    2) Alpha/Beta is for people using WordPress 3.3 beta (and other early releases). If you’re NOT (and you shouldn’t be), please keep out of there.

The best directions anyone has are the ones Sam linked to. If you got a white screen, that’s a PHP error and you need to review your server’s error log to see what errors are being sent.

Alternately, you could undo all that and try WordPress MultiSite

I get that you don’t understand this. And part of what I’m saying is that this may be something that you can’t understand yet, until you learn more and are more experienced with WordPress, so you may not be able to do it just yet. As a last resort, you could try hiring someone.

you think i’m stupid question or low leve skill ? ur sound like very rude… many and many i install wordpress and my own design theme wordpress.. u not have idea about me assuming that i’m low skill leve… stop assuming need master talk… i love wordpress so much want to more learn deep… who try to learn and u should help them and give good explain… what’s wrong with u
    huh….

If you got a white screen, that’s a PHP error and you need to review your server’s error log to see what errors are being sent.

The help was there, have you tried it yet?

If you’ve done as much theme design as you claim you should be able to debug your own PHP errors.

I don’t think you’re stupid, I think you’re stressed out and not really reading what I said.

Do you know how to read your domain’s error logs?

    Thread Starter shahramdeaf

    (@shahramdeaf)

Yes, i check the error log and works fine… no error…

Is the whole site a white screen or can you get into wp-admin?

    Thread Starter shahramdeaf

    (@shahramdeaf)

i have hard time to solve it… i use old version wordpress and change hosting service, newly version wordpress installed and i click active for theme and page become white and can’t access admin…

Try changing back to the default theme. Your theme might have a conflict with the latest version of WordPress.

Since you can’t login the usual way, you’ll have to go in through FTP and rename your active theme’s folder.
