    Hi,

    Great plugin thanks.

I am using one dropbox account to backup several clients. I would like to know if this is a secure solution? Is there any danger of a breach with any of the clients accessing other data on the dropbox account.

    Kind Regards,

    Daniel

If you make Backup to one dropbox account all Clients have full acsses to the box! In Version 3 sanbox for dropbox works, but tha have all cleints acsses to the complete sanbox folder!

I think you schuld use multible accounts, or u are the only person how has acsses to BAckWpup to.

At the moment I am the admin for the WP accounts and no one else has access as I maintain the websites completely for the clients. However, the current project I am working on the client will want to login to WP.

So what you are saying is that once a user is logged on to WP he can gain full access to Dropbox if it has been authenticated? I tried, but did not see an obvious way of getting to the Dropbox account.

Is this controllable with access levels, eg dropping WP down from admin to editor?

    thanks

    Daniel

a editor can't use Backwpup only the admin can. in Version 3 a exter cap for backwpup is added so you can use it with a role manager.

OK so by restricting access to clients to editor Dropbox is secure.

Could you tell me what an exter cap is?

    thanks
