   Put that tag while your text editor in the HTML mode.

   When you're in the text editor in HTML mode put this code in.

   <!--more-->

   If you want to customize the more text then use this code:

   <!--more Continue Reading This Post-->

   Just change the 'Continue Reading This Post'. Hope this helps!

   but there any way to make it easier like add more button in visual mode

   There is a <!--more--> button in visual mode. It looks like a page break. Top row, four from the right unless something has reordered or otherwise altered your buttons. There is also a button in html mode. Bet you can find that one.
